This site acheives a “best of both worlds”  - great richness from its warmer Middle Reach location, yet still always displays a sensual finesse due to its cooler east facing exposure. You will notice a fleshy, round, mid- pallate, a luscious red cherry core and a rich, long finish – the most full bodied of the bunch - This one screams out for a duck breast, or maybe even better, a duck leg confit with a berry or even pomagranate glaze…it would match with medium-rare rack of lamb like a champ too -yummm!
